When will my order ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be shipping. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only offer shipping within Canada, with the hopes of offering International shipping in the future.

 

Do you offer returns?

We do offer returns within 14 days of purchase. We only offer store credit or exchange for your item(s). For more information, see our Shipping + Returns Policy.

 

When do you restock items?

Some of the items we carry are one-time items. We try our best to quickly restock in-demand items. If there are any pieces that you wish to see restocked, you can send us an email to info@wrennandrose.com with the style you are looking for.

 

Where is your shop based?

We are located in Clinton, Ontario.

 

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there is any issue with your order, please send us an email to info@wrennandrose.com with your order number, explaining the situation. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
